where food meets art, strategy meets storytelling, and every detail is an opportunity to create something extraordinary.
Curate Hospitality was born from a love of connection — and food.
Founder Jodi Battaglia spent more than a decade inside corporate hospitality before stepping out on her own to build Curate. That purposeful immersion, first navigating the scale and systems of large organizations, then running an independent business for five years, gave her a 360° view of the industry.
Time spent in the details strengthened her instincts and allows her to serve clients today with intention and a true hospitality mind.
From the start, she saw how often hospitality was reduced to logistics. Yet her years inside operations — immersed in the details of service, design, and delivery — revealed something different. A thoughtfully set table, a chef’s plating, the right glass of wine could change the tone of an entire evening. That intimacy with the details gave her a perspective on hospitality that remains invaluable today.
It means Curate approaches every project with an understanding of both the end user and the operational challenges behind the scenes. This balance allows us to serve our clients with intention, shaping strategies and stories that resonate while ensuring they work in practice.
Today, Curate works at the intersection of brand, strategy, and innovation. We design tailored solutions across the hospitality spectrum — from business development to strategic partnerships.
Our role is part strategist, part architect, part curator: shaping opportunities with clarity, purpose, and impact.
Every project we take on is crafted to resonate with people, unlock possibility, and transform ideas into experiences that matter.
